Miracle on 207

by Jeff D

hello... my friends call me the "lil Unit". I have a
fastball with natural velocity.. Nice to meet you, my
friends call me "FOCKER". I remsemble ben stiller with
one trmendous difference.... I HIT GAME WINNING 3-RUN
WALK OFF HOMERUNS TO WIN SOFTBALL GAMES!!!!!!!!!!
The miracle on 207th street took place last night with
more drama than who will show up for will's 27th BCC
birthday party. SHATTERED DREAMS captured the
attention and hearts of people worldwide with seven
innings of breath taking softball. There are so many
words that describe the events of last night:
excitement, nervousness, passion, heart, emotion,
energy, skill, happiness and FILTHY (brother
jimmy's)... if the night doesn't end filthy, then I
don't want wake up in the morning.

The recap: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Flat got a 2 run homerun in the first that started
thing off. My man has some speed around the bases. It
was as if it was deion sanders running around the
diamond when he hit the "in the park" homer at yankee
stadium. good job...

Buji pitched another solid game and has worn the
moniker "lil Unit" with pride. He has walked 2 batters
in 2 games and has kept us in both ball games with
excellent pitching.. WHAT VELOCITY.. is it natural?
CRAIG COLLINS, wow.... making his return one for the
ages. i don't think anybody thought that catch was
going to be made. on the run, with the fence close in
proximity.... he make the leap and lands on the
ground. WITH BALL IN GLOVE!!!! WOW... that was a great
catch and completely helped give us momentum.. good
job COLLENS.....

Then it was the shot heard around the world..... with
2 outs and 2 on, down by 2... FOCKER came to bat...
the outfield moved in a little. With fire brewing from
arguing with the bitter angry umpire, the pitch came
into Will's sweetspot.. HOLY COW..... what a shot.. a
three run walk off homer.. the team rushes to
congatulate at the plate... what a moment.... Game
ball for the blast..

This game had emotion.. Britt was a spark when he
stood up for the team and got ejected for fighting the
good cause... The umpire was so bitter he threw Britt
out of the Bronx.....

This was the type of game that changes teams fate. we
were down the entire game and never stopped believing
we would win. I feel a lot of pride as do i'm sure
everyone on the team does when they put on the blue
uniform with the patch SHATTERED DREAMS. We are 4-5
right now after starting the season 0-5. Good job all
around last night and my last thought is,
who knows what the special is next thursday at brother
jimmy's???????????
