Well, now that the monkey is off our back, mens
American conference 3 WATCH OUT......... The monkey is
running rampant and thirsty for more.. Shattered
Dreams has finally played to the potential of it
superstar players and it is causing quite a stir.... I
actually overheard the manager of "The Markwood
Bombers" (the team we play next week) saying how
nervous he is to play us next week and how he
developing a plan to stop the offensive onslaught of
SD... 14 runs last night and we all wanted more. On a
more serious note, there are many things to talk about
from last nights ass whipping....


First... It was the other team that got the ass
whipping and NOT US!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Home runs, Home runs, Home Runs...... Britt, Craig,
Nucci, Flat, and 2 from the man in the 13th slot....
HAIK... Good job sluggers.. 6 HR's... that gets
another WOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Flat's pitching... 2 more K's and a solid 6 runs in
the past 2 games. Who knew we had a young Fernando
Valenzuela on our team.


His pitching is only complimented by the stellar
defense of Shattered Dreams. Our fielding has really
come together in the past few weeks. We are making not
only the easy plays that we are supposed to (is there
really such a thing) but we are also making the more
difficult plays and also finding the cutoff guys and
keeping runners from advancing and not giving extra
bases when not needed.... GOOD JOB


also to compliment jeff's pitching is jerry's
catching.. he has been calling fast balls when needed,
sinkers to force the ground outs and knuckles to
confuse the long haired freaks on the other team. He
takes shots in the balls and gets hit in the head on
backswings all for the love of shattered dreams...
good job pudge..


OK, the game ball.... Since it was a total team effort
and everybody hit well and fielded well, the game ball
goes to the TEAM. Some individual performances though
were Haike hitting 2 HR's... Britt going 2-2 with a HR
and some good Right field..  2 Back-to-back Homers
from Flat and Nucci, and Britt and Haik....
In conclusion, to quote "Tommy Boy" lets savor the
flavor of this victory and carry it over to next week.
We are still growing and still going to play better.
Thats is a scary thought for the other teams. The
stats will be out later today.. Last night was a good
night.. LONG LIVE SHATTERED DREAMS.....
